It opens with raspberry jam and black cherry mixed with minty undertones. Light- to medium-bodied, this is a fruit-driven and polished Crozes-Hermitage framed by low levels of soft tannins.
Offers energetic boysenberry, cherry-cola and violet pastille flavors, along with notes of black pepper and olive paste. The floral note repeats on the persistent finish.
